Setting Up Your Account
Setting up your TransferLink account properly ensures you get the most out of the platform.
Step 1: Complete Your Profile
- Navigate to Settings โ My Profile
- Upload your profile photo
- Enter your contact details
- Set your preferred timezone
- Configure notification preferences
A complete profile helps your team identify you and ensures you receive important notifications.
Step 2: Agency Information
If you're an admin, configure your agency:
- Go to Settings โ Agency Settings
- Upload your company logo
- Enter your business details
- Configure your office hours
- Set up your billing information
Agency Details to Configure

Step 3: Connect Your Email
Link your email for seamless communication:
- Navigate to Settings โ Integrations
- Click Connect Email
- Choose Gmail or Outlook
- Authorize the connection
Once connected, all client emails will sync automatically to their CRM profiles.
Step 4: Team Setup
Invite your team members:
- Go to Settings โ Team
- Click Invite Team Member
- Enter their email and select their role
- They'll receive an invitation to join
Available Roles
- Owner - Full access to everything
- Admin - Manage settings and team
- Agent - Create and manage bookings
- Finance - Access to invoices and reports
- Viewer - Read-only access
Assign roles carefully โ this determines what each team member can access and modify.
