Your First Booking
Let's walk through creating a booking from start to finish.
Step 1: Start a New Booking
- Click the + New Booking button in the top navigation
- Select the booking type (Flight, Hotel, Package, etc.)
- Choose whether this is for an existing or new client
You can access the new booking form from anywhere using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + N (or Cmd + N on Mac).
Step 2: Add Client Information
For a New Client
- Enter their name and contact details
- Add their travel preferences
- Save to create their CRM profile automatically
For an Existing Client
- Search by name, email, or phone
- Their details will auto-populate
- Recent bookings will be visible for reference
Step 3: Enter Travel Details
Fill in the booking specifics:

Step 4: Review and Confirm
- Double-check all details in the summary panel
- Add any special requests or notes
- Click Create Booking
- Choose whether to send confirmation to the client
Your booking is now created! The client will receive a confirmation email if you enabled it.
Step 5: Follow Up
After creating the booking:
- โ Set reminder tasks for follow-ups
- ๐ง Send itinerary documents
- ๐ฐ Track payment status
- ๐ Add to your calendar
